Hi, I’m Lo Walther Boer a personal trainer, certified food coach, and former professional dancer, who wants to help you build habits that actually fit your life.

A passion for movement

Movement has always been my passion. As a professional dancer, I spent years learning how the body moves. But it wasn’t until I became a personal trainer that I discovered something even more rewarding: helping other people reconnect with their bodies.
